Short Bio of Directors
Willem Nel was born in Wolmaransstad and raised in Klerksdorp and Potchefstroom. He finished his studies at PU for CHE in 2000 after matriculating from Hoër Volkskool Potchefstroom. During his internship at Kobus Delport & Co. in Potchefstroom, some valuable experience was gained and his own practice was started.
Months after completing his internship, at the age of 25, Willem Nel & Co. started in Klerksdorp. After 10 years of being on his own, Geaton Craycraft joined as partner and Nel & Craycraft Inc was incorporated. We moved into our own offices at 18 Knowles Street, Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, on 1 December 2015, which was a big milestone for the firm.
Willem’s second big love is animals. He is an eager golfer and likes to play tennis occasionally.
Accredited Training Centre
We are an accredited training centre with SAIPA. Clerks with an energetic and inquisitive attitude are welcome to apply for an internship at our firm.

History
Nel & Craycraft Inc is currently one of the medium to large accounting firms in Klerksdorp. This from a humble beginning in 2004 in a small office from home.
The firm then known as Willem Nel & Co, consisted of only Willem.
This quickly transformed to employing 2 employees. A few years later the firm employed 6 article clerks and 4 admin ladies.
Currently, there are 2 partners within the business.
Social + Socially Responsible (Golf Days)
As Willem Nel is an eager golfer, we also support a few golf days during the year. All proceedings of a golf day goes back to the community. We also have our own sponsored teebox at the events.
And the whole office is involved on the day at the course. We look forward to hosting our own golf day in the near future.
